According to the defects lying in mind evolutionary computation(MEC),two ways have been developed to improve MEC in the paper First,pattern search is introduced into similartaxis to enhance the efficiency of similartaxis;Second,the dissimilation strategy based on evolutionary intensity is proposed to improve the ability of global search Finally,the simulation results illustrate the improved MEC is effective and efficient
