The Performance Analysis of ITU-T G.729 CS-ACELP Speech Coder

In this paper,the system performance of the speech coder based on ITU-T G.729 is analysed through experiments.The informal tests show that G.729 synthesized speech quality is close to that of 32 kbit/s ADPCM,while the MOS score is about 4.0.
