The spectrum resources become increasingly strained and the usage of the spectrum is not efficient ,This makes the cognitive radio has a major development .In this paper, we introduce the architecture of the cognitive and have studied of key technologies ,comparison of various methods of spectrum sensing, also introduce the new development of the spectrum management.
