Research of Hydrology and Water Resources Application-integrated Based on GIS

This paper expounds the relationship between the GIS and the water resource. It describes the actuality and achievement of water resource GIS, based on Jiangsu provincial Water Resource GIS system. It also analyses the application and service which can used by hydrology and water resources work based on GIS. At the same time, it puts forward the technical scheme for hydrology and water resources application integration, which is based on above-mentioned application and service, through technical ideas in data sharing to realize data influx and sharing platform exchange, service division and code development to realize service layer framework, service grouping to realize business system implementation, for the purpose of groping a feasible way to construct the hydrology and water resources comprehensive management information system in the future.
