Several Problems on the Copyright Protection of Learned Periodicals

With the perfect of the laws and statute of copyright in China,the law consciousness on copyright has also been improved in the whole society.Therefore,the work of copyright protection should be enhanced to a new level by learned periodical society.Several problems are discussed here,which relate to the network copyright of paper,infringing act of unpublished paper,the rights of authorship, the rights of alteration,as well as the plagiarism and author's responsibility for paper.The periodical editors are responsible to protect not only the periodical rights,but also the author's right.
