Office automation is one of the important projects of enterprise informative construction. “Knowledge management, as a new developing concept,not only makes the office automation get newer thought about development and face severer challenge but brings it's breakthrough. Design and construction of office automation system based on knowledge management is a new idea of informative process, and also a new sign of information system development.The article introduces how a certain commercial bank develops and applies the third OA system upgraded from the former one. It mainly explains and analyses the development environment and development platform,framework,characteristic,function design of the third OA system.
