Using ITIL as the theoretical basis,the paper analyzes and designs a service platform applicable in banking,which can integrate IT and business needs effectively,ensure the continual operation of IT infrastructures and organization business and the timely solution of problems,thus providing a flexible and measurable service support platform for people.
