The Research on the Automatic Metage Device of Rice CA Packaging Machine

We started our research from studying the rice fallen mechanism and the automatic metage mechanism and laid emphasis on the contrast of double-gated,three-gated and four-gated fallen machines.It was showed that the three-gated fallen machine,which was almost the same as the four-gated one,was much betterthan the double-gated one on solving the inconsistency between the high metage precision and the high metage rapidity.We also contrasted the mechanical electro-and electro-automatic metage mechanism.
