The developing in progress on Agent and Multi-Agent is fast in recent years.Analyzed the necessity which construction project budget imports Agent,clarified the significance of Agent in construction project budget.Based on the features of the construction project budget,focalized the present questions of the various budget software which the intelligence was not high,used the pattern of construction named core-classes,a Multi-Agent-based construction project budget system was designed by combining Agent technology,described the inner struction and algorithm of construction blueprint Agent.Finally,introduced the communication language,mode and construction between Agents.The system possesses such characteristics as distributing,parallelism,and expansibility,improves the level of the automation at making the budget documents.
