Design and Implementation of XML Data Encryption with Encryption Process Control Language

Now XML data encryption method is focus on special application,lacks of description for encryption process,it is not common and efficient.A new language which controls the encrypfing process is designed based on symmetric cryptography and asymmetric cryptography.With this language,encrypting process could be universal and more efficient.Furthermore,implementation of this method is provided.
