Image encryption research based on arnold transformation

The application of Arnold transform is studied in digital image encryption in this paper. The transformation is periodic and period of the corresponding square image is got by using MATLAB software and the relationship between the transformation frequency and scrambling degree is analyzed. On the basis of the algorithm after the corresponding improvement,the ability of the algorithm to resist illegal attack is improved,which make the transformation is feasible in image encryption.
