A Thermal Shutdown Circuit with Hysteresis

As a result of the power dissipation of power IC's,the temperature of the chip will increase,which may result in breakdown of the circuit.A thermal shutdown circuit with hysteresis is presented in the paper,which can prevent thermal oscillation from occurring through simple feedback,without using Zener diodes and hysteresis comparators.The principle of the circuit and its particular design are described.
