The article goes deep into the analysis of the main contents and characteristics of land-use plan management,ArcObjects component and the development way of it.Based on the actual examples,elaborates the development method and process with ArcObjects of the information system of land-use plan management,and makes some reference to a function in the building of the GIS system about relevant profession.
