Improved Partially Blind Signature Scheme Based on Discrete Logarithm

The security of the partially blind signature scheme based on discrete logarithm problem proposed by Cheng et.al.was analyzed,and the result shows that the scheme can't resist the tampering public information attacks.that is to say the malicious signature requester could change the agreed public information illegally.An improved partially blind scheme was purposed to resist the attack.Analysis result shows that the improved scheme can prevent the malicious requesters tampering the public information,and protect the legal rights and interests of the signers effectively.
