People are more willing to express their views through the network for its convenience,virtualization,spread quickly.So lt is easy to form a network public opinion.Through building a network monitoring system for public opinion,the government can keep abreast of public sentiment and lead the network of public opinion.Based on the implementation technology of government network monitoring system,this article describes the whole process applications of the system and discusses in detail the key technologies of each process,so as to provide a reference for understanding and building the government network public opinion monitoring system.
