Case Study of Radio Frequency Identity Technology Oriented to Manufacturing Information Management

This paper discusses the new application of radio frequency identity (RFID) to manufacturing information management, and introduces the configuration of system as well as the methods of experimental platform development. Through a specific case, it illustrates the development of manufacturing information management system based on RFID,proves this research can be applied to the field of manufacturing informatics.
