Information resources are the power source of enterprises' sustainable growth. With the development of global economy, building effective information resource management has played a very important role in enterprises 'growth. However, during this process, there were many difficulties, which affected the level of enterprise informatization, and resulted in decline of enterprises ' competitiveness, and ultimately damaged enterprises' economic benefits. How to build an effective management system of information resources has been an urgent problem.
