Discussion on the Development of Physical Method in Locust Disaster-controlling and its Prospect

The physical method in the control of locust disaster brings the effect of killing locust innocuously.The mechanized pneumatic sucking capturing locust technique makes the plain locust controlled innocuously,and promotes the locust resources to be used as feedstuff.According to the Phototaxis of colony locust,the invention patents of optoelectronic inducing capturing locust technique have been acquired,and combined with the mechanized capturing locust technique gradually.As a result of the effect of caloric assembling rapidly to death produced by high-energy electromagnetic wave,the technique of radiation was utilized to control locust disaster gradually.Physical method of the control of locust was propitious to environment protection and the safety of product,and it became one of the most important techniques in locust disaster-controlling in future.
