Study on Decision in an Adopting Information Technology Project

There are many kinds of real options in each phases of adopting information technology project lifetime.Based on real options analysis,the decision target and contexts are deeply analyzed and discussed in evaluation of project and a decision criterion is proposed for adopting project.Final,the general framework is provided to help making decisions on an adopting project.
