A new random access mode for mobile Internet

The conception of random access in mobile telecommunication network and the feature of random access for mobile Internet are introduced, then slotted-ALOHA random access mode controlled by base station is presented. Theoretical analyses and simulation results show that this mode can enormously promote the performance of random access with little cost, and is suitable for application.
