Significance and points for technical checking in preliminary examination of scientific periodicals

This paper introduces the content and roles of technical checking in preliminary examination of scientific periodicals.The significance of technical checking to brand image,manuscript submission,review quality and editing efficiency is also discussed.In addition,considerations in technical checking are pointed out to provide the reference for scientific periodicals in practical work.
