With the teaching and management system in university of popular online student course selection emerged. However, verification of student elective information is a tedious, time-consuming, meticulous work. Elective use of excel and VBA for verification of information, whether the leak can be detected in the students choose courses, whether the election provisions of subject, the theories and the operating with the corresponding selection is consistent, prompt completion of specified professional course selection information verification, greatly improved work efficiency and quality.
