The speech-act verb can be divided into three categories from information flow point of view:exchange information,offer information and seek information,there are discrepancies among each category.The identification of the discrepancies among them need based on the massive of encyclopedic knowledge,which is the choke point of setting up the semantic knowledge database for facilitating the computer with the encyclopedic knowledge.
