Designing and Realizing Water and Sand Information Database System of Dongting Lake Based on GIS

With the development of computer technology and the application of GIS on water conservation project,using of water and sand information database system of Dongting Lake based on GIS becoming widely day by day,but the systems developed now are achieved by Integrated GIS,thus leading to its poor portability.The designing and realization is proposed the use of component GIS developing way prevalent now,adding relevant query analysis module and making researching into the key problem.
