Condition of C_0 Semigroups Generated by a Class of Second Order Operator Matrices

A sufficient condition is obtained for a class of second order operator matrices to generate C0 semigroups.Using the condition,a property is verified to show that C0 semigroups can be generated by a concrete class of second order operator matrices.Meanwhile,the correctness of the results are demonstrated by Hille-Yosida′s theorem.
