Legal Analysis on Several Problems Resulted from the Spread of P2P Technology

Based on copyright idea,this article firstly introduces the principle of P2P technology(a rising Internet technology) and BT(Bit Torrent,one of the most popular P2P applications) and the legal problem aroused from them.Then combining with the first P2P conviction case in the world,this article analyzes three possible tortious results,and finally attempts to probe into the legislative advice for the healthy running of P2P application.
