Virtual Property Right in Cyber World

A series of cyber problems typical of visual property are emerging with internet development, which has aroused heated discussion in the society. Theoretically speaking, visual property is still lawfully disputed so that the problem of visual property is hard to resolve in reality. Therefore the article aims to clarify the right of fictional assets on a legal basis.
