Data compression=model formation+coding,which is the basic thought of the traditional data compression.The traditional ideas of designing data compression which is mainly based upon reducing the redundance of information exert to coding and designing.The compression rate is very low and the compressed information is difficult to be recompressed.The problems can not be resolved by traditional method.In order to solve those problems,need find the new way what the new data compression designing ideas.That breaks through the traditional localization,achieving higher compression rate.At the same time,this method also comes true recompression and has good capability.This is the basic ideas that NN combines with data compression.
