Determination Fractal Dimension of Soil Macropore Using Comput ed Tomography

The size, shape, and distribution of macropore play an important role in the transport of water and solutes through soil. Because the distribution of macropore exhibit fractal rule, this study applies the method of box-counting dimension to obtain fractal dimension of macropore in every section base on the scanning images of every section in undisturbed soil by CT.
