In view of the network load increases rapidly in digital library and the inherent defects of traditional network architecture caused network congestion and slow response speed. The paper provide a network platform design plan of digital library based on content distribution network(CDN) to improve the overall performance of user access. Finally, the paper configuration a experimental environment by Cisco network equipments in order to verify the design plan.
