The Amelioration of ECC Accelerating Operation

The accelerating operation of ellipse curve is given based on scalar quantity multiplication, and the operation is improved from two facets which are arithmetic operations in element of binary system and the operation in element of ellipse curve. Then the efficiency of algorithm is analyzed and compared with RSA.
