A Study of Fault Injection for a Distributed onboard System

With Fault injection based on software is an effective technology for the manned vehicle computer system validating the fault tolerant computer system. In this paper, the software fault injection system is introduced at first, and the fault model is described. Then a new software implemented fault injection tool SFID, which aims at evaluation of the dependability of onboard system developed by our research group is elaborated. At the end, the experiment results are analyzed.
