Perfect Group Photo Synthesis

Individual's expression on face is the most fatal factor to affect the quality of group photo. It is a laborious task to synthesis a perfect group photo by using current photo editing software. An automatic perfect group photo synthesis algorithm is proposed in this paper by judging and replacing the face with good expression. This algorithm implements in four steps. First, faces are recognized in group photos. Then, the best one is determined by facial expression comparing. A final synthesizing group photo is produced by color transferring and holes filling. Experiment proves that this method is effective and we can synthesize perfect group photos automatically.
