Research on On-line Quantitative Testing System for Oil Well Tubing

An on-line quantitative testing system for oil well tubing was developed.The technology of quantitative recognition for oil well tubing defects was studied and the analysis model was given.The hardware structure of the system was introduced.A modular structure was applied to design the software system whose model was proposed.Practical application shows that this system is able to satisfy a certain accuracy requirement of quantitative recognition for oil well tubing defects,which will lead to a wide application prospects of this device in the field of oil production.
