The RSA publickey Cryptography is a core technology of modern internet security technology.In this paper,based on the theory of quadratic forms over finite rings,it definites new finite groups and their operations,obtain their order and the matrix method of operations,and using these properties, we construct a new RSA publickey cryptography.
