Abstrcat The quantity,quality and utilization level are keys to result of breeding.At the age of economic intellectual right,the formal situation of conditionless germplasm exchange exist no longer.Under this situation before the formation of suitable germplasm exchange or share mechanism,the only way out for breeding organization is to expand germplasm through regeneration on present basis and learn successful experience from Chinese pioneer breeders to use all possible material for selection of new type fine self-bred lines or hybrids.
