Introduction of REST API technology and the application in mobile communication network management

This document defines introduce the most popular architecture, REST, which developed in the Web2.0 and grows stronger for cloud because of its high scalability. REST can match kinds of application scenarios and it also can be used in communication network management, including in the internal system APIs, the APIs between systems and the APIs between systems and APPs.
