Design Idea and Implementation of Electrical Design Software Based on Data Management for GIS Local Control Panel

For resolving the problems in the process of electrical design of the GIS local control panel (GIS LCP), for example, complicated process, lengthy period, lower efficiency and the high amiss rate etc., the traditional CAD software based on graphics handling lacks the ability to do, but the CAD software based on data management can resolve these problems nicely. This paper put forward the thinking and actualizing of this kind of CAD software.
