Decision and Construction of the Sheffer Functions in Partial Four-Valued Logic

According to the completeness theory and the concept of similarity relationships in the partial k-valued logic,some Sheffer functions in P*4 is constructed by means of decision for the minimal covering component of precomplete classes.
