Mode switching of civil aircraft's automatic flight systems based on Stateflow

Stateflow is a graphical realization for the theory of finite state machine;it can realize switching of continuous states.The automatic flight system of civil aircraft has dozens of modes corresponding to different flight stage;it is exactly a finite state machine system.In this paper,the models of work modes and their logical relations were built based on the Stateflow,each work mode could call corresponding control law,and the simulation of the formulated task was completed.The simulation results indicated that the switching of work modes of the automatic flight system can be better realized by means of Stateflow.
