The research of water environment information management system in valley is going on in the environ ment management department so that the graph information of GIS can be connected with the attribute in formation of MIS with a combination of graph information and attribute management.Microsoft Visual Studio is employed.Components GIS platform-Dynamap is designed with net technique,combined with the present environment management MIS system.The design improves the environment information management system on components GIS updating water environment mathematics model and monitoring data online.It is helpful for administration of valley water environment dynamics.
