The Calculation of Input Resistance in the Differential Amplifier

The input resistance,usually determined only by the circuit structure,is a most significant performance evaluation of an amplifier.But for the differential amplifier,two independent input signals are allowed,so the input resistance is closely relevant to input connection.This paper gives a clear discussion on the calculation of the input resistance in the differential amplifiers,and highlights the essential differences between the grounded input and the suspended input,while providing the precise calculation methods respectively.
