Evaluation of SYSMEX XE-5000 SYSMEX XE-2100 BEKMANCOULTER AC.T 5diff of Hematology Analyzer in Whole Blood Cells

Objective:To evaluate primarily SYSMEXXE-2100、SYSMEX XE-2100 and BEKMAN-COULTER AC.T 5diff hematology analyzers by anticoagulation blood samples from randomized patients.Methods:To measure total coefficient of variation and the precision of WBC、RBC、HBG and PLT according to these instructions by quality appraisal specimens from Clinical laboratory of The Ministry of Health and anticoagulation blood samples from randomized patients.Results: The statistics showed these results of randomized patients are not different from three kinds of hematology analyzers.Meanwhile total coefficient of variation of WBC、RBC and HBG are approximated to.Conclusion:SYSMEX XE-2100、ABBOTT CD-3200 and BEKMAN-COULTER AC.T 5diff hematology analyzers are suit for applying in clinical laboratory.
