This paper introduces the structure of test management software, also describes the design and the realization of the local area network and the main subsystems. The software sufficiently exerts the advantage of centralized distributed control system. It realizes centralized management of test process and test data, also reaches decentralized control of model attitude, velocity pressure, data acquisition of the wind tunnel test, etc.. It is a test management software system that has plentiful functions, efficient running performance and good features of expandability, reliability and flexibility. Nowadays, the software system is successfully used in the 8m×6m wind tunnel and brings social and economic benefit immensely.
