Moisture Measurement and Management System for Mixture

In burdening process of mixture,moisture change of raw materials influence mixing ratio accuracy directly.Laboritory results of sampling moisture is usually different from actual value.Moisture measurement and management system for mixture was developed specially,and it can measure moisture of raw materials on-line and record realtive data of each batch charge,so as to facilitate management of mixture process.Burdening control system can achieve the dry-based calculation according to average moisture data to improve mixing ratio accuracy.
