Research on the Government Public Information Services Based on Ubiquitous Network

Ubiquitous Network has a vital influence on public information services, and this article firstly discusses the changes of user requirements of such services in the new era. Several new public information services are then concluded, as well as the influences that Ubiquitous Network imposes on them. At last, some important advices to develop the services are proposed.
