On ISP's Infringement Liability to One's Copyright

The development of the modern information technology is the engine for the reform of the modern copyright institution.The regulation of ISP's liability of copyright plays an important role in the digital copyright.From the Chinese perspective and in light of American experience,the third party liability of copyright should be constructed and improved according to Protection Regulations for Information Network Communication Rights.
