Struts is a free Web application framework advanced by Apache. It provides a best framework for Web application developm ent. And it is easy for programmers to finish the work of design and development with Struts. This article firstly introduces the mechanism of Struts and the conception of Network Management, then gives a design in which Struts is used in network management system structure and describes the basic steps.
