Parallel Performance Analysis of FFT Algorithm

Performance analysis is the basis of parallel program before applied practically.This paper compares a set of parallel Fast Fourier Transform(FFT)algorithm including FFTW,CUFFT Library and MPI-FFT.Experiments show that parallel program can achieve 30to 80times than serial program(FFTW)in speed.And CUFFT is better than FFT based on MPI in large scale data computing.It has less communication overhead distinctively.
