Study on Coordination Mechanism and Strategies for Information Service Platform

The information service platform could integrate a large number of service resources.It is fundamentally important to manage the service resources and activities weather the information service platform is sustainable.Based on the analysis of relationships between the service activities and service resources as well as the conflicts on service processes,the paper constructed three strategies to distribute service resources and deal with some exceptional status during the process of execution.The Petri net was adopted to describe the coordination mechanisms,activities,and the associated processes.
